Talk about everything.
Ok, these are two minor (in the sense that they aren't bugs) UI tweaks that would make the game a little more mouse friendly.

The first has to do with scrolling the main map by moving the mouse to the edges of the screen. Can you please make it so that if you move the mouse to corners of the screen, the map scrolls diagonally? Its a tad frustrating to move the cursor to the very corner of the screen, but still have to move the mouse back and forth to go in a diagonal direction. Also, could the two dead zones at the bottom of the sides of the screen be removed? They are a little frustrating, too.

The second suggestion involves the screens that show 3D views of the ships (ship builder screen, shipyard screen, etc.). I remember in earlier builds that the view of ships could be rotated just by clicking and dragging the mouse across the view. I am not sure why this was changed, or how important it is to other people, but it is highly preferable and much faster to use this method rather than pressing the buttons to rotate and pitch the view. If this causes some problem with the ship builder, maybe a modifier could be implemented ( ctrl+click and drag or both mouse buttons+click and drag). It is just faster and more precise to use the click and drag method, especially with a ship containing lots of improvements.

Thank you for listening to my small suggestions. If they have been brought up before, please ignore this! You guys are awesome, Stardock. I have always loved your level of involvement in the community surrounding your games. It is very respectable.

Make it an option... I really hate that function in games.

This is still possible. Use your scroll wheel or third button to click & drag. (I just went back and double checked, so if it still doesnt work for you, I'd post a bug report and give as much detail as you can on your hardware specs, etc)

That's fine by me. Thanks, The Seer!

Ok, thanks. I just tried it and it works. I thought I had tried it before and it didn't work, but I am wrong! Thanks for setting me straight, mavx!
